Our Core Services

Mining & Logistics JV

Zambia is mineral-rich. The government licenses small-scale miners via cooperatives to reduce illegal mining. We partner with licensed cooperatives: we conduct geological sampling; where prospects are positive, we lease equipment and provide logistics services. Mined proceeds are shared per contract. Exported minerals (primarily gold) are sold internationally, and net proceeds fund partner payouts.

Investor Entry Plans (capital paid to support equipment lease and operations):

Seed Plan

$1,000

Growth Plan

$5,000

Harvest Plan

$10,000+

Annual profit share ranges from 35% to 50%, paid quarterly (every 90 days). Example: $1,000 at 35% = $350/year (approx. $87.50 per quarter). The JV term is one year, renewable under new contractual terms.

Farm Sublease & Management

We hold titled hectares of farmland for various types of commercial farming. We offer a minimum of 1-hectare farmland subleases.

  • Sublease fee: $875/year. Minimum sublease term: 4 years (total $3,500).
  • Farm management/operational fee: $3,500 one-time at start — covers seeds, fertilizers, land prep, machinery, labor, harvesting, and sales. This cost is deducted first from crop sales annually and may be adjusted for input price changes.
  • Profit sharing after costs: 35%–50% annually on invested amount.

Example first-year cash outlay for 1 ha: $3,500 (management) + $875 (first-year sublease) = $4,375. At 35% profit share = $1,531.25; at 50% = $2,187.50.

Sublease subscribers receive an additional 4-year offer upon sign-up as a bonus.
